We take all reports seriously and appreciate your efforts to help us improve the safety and reliability of our systems.

How to Report:


If you believe you've identified a security issue, please share an email at:
cybersecurity@securuscctv.com
Include the following details in your report:

A clear description of the vulnerability

The affected product, service, or web page

Any screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept files

Your contact details (please share your proper contact details so that our team can contact you)

Responsible Disclosure:

We request that you:

  • Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we’ve addressed it
  • Avoid exploiting the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it
  • Allow us a reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue.

​What Happens Next:

 Once we receive your report:

  • Our security team will acknowledge your submission within two to three business days
  • We’ll investigate and work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible
  • Once the issue is resolved, we will share you the clarification and updates via mail that you have shared with us earlier
