Securus Delivery Policies
Delivery charges for different items vary as per the seller involved. Typically, low-value items carry high delivery costs, as the logistics costs incurred on them are significant. Many sellers also waive the delivery charges if the buyer exceeds the predefined shopping value.

All products have different delivery times. The delivery schedules for different items have been mentioned on the product pages. We usually try and deliver the orders within 5-10 days. The estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors:

Product’s Availability
Location of the seller and the destination where the product needs to be shipped
In some cases, the shopper may find that we, at Elite Shopee, do not deliver to a particular location. The reasons for this may include:-
Seller’s discretion
Legal restrictions with respect to certain products in your area
Unavailability of reliable courier partners
The cash on delivery option is not available on all the products; it also depends on the location where you want the items shipped.

Securus does not deliver internationally. Shoppers can make a purchase from our website from anywhere in the world; they only have to make sure that the delivery destination is within India.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. And in case of cancellation, a refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.

In case the buyer places orders for multiple products in a single transaction, there is no guarantee that all orders will be shipped together, as this depends on the product characteristics and/or logistics issues involved.
