Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to distribution channel sales of Securus products by Securus CCTV India Private Limited. They set out the applicable conditions relating to prices, taxes, freight, payment, warranty, sales returns, and product information.
1. Prices
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in current or future prices will not be applied retrospectively to transactions already completed.
2. Taxes
Applicable taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
3. Freight
Prices are F.O.B. Ahmedabad with standard packing.
Freight, forwarding, insurance, Octroi, or any other applicable taxes or charges will be charged extra at actual cost.
4. Payment
Payment terms are 100% advance before shipment.
5. Warranty Policy
Securus products are covered by the following warranty conditions:
Products carry a 2-year carry-in warranty from the date of invoice. The invoice date of the party claiming the warranty will be considered for determining the warranty period.
On-site warranty is within the scope of the dealer who installed the system. In special cases, the company may provide on-site support on a chargeable basis.
Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and is limited to repair.
If a manufacturing defect is found within the first 15 days from the date of purchase, the company may extend support by replacing the defective part or product depending on the nature of the fault.
During the warranty period, the company will provide free repair for faults caused by manufacturing defects.
Repairs after expiry of the warranty period will be chargeable depending on the nature of the problem, availability of spare parts, and continuation of the product/model. Any applicable repair charges must be paid 100% in advance.
Systems require a stable 220V AC power supply without fluctuations, which must be ensured by the customer. Warranty will be void where PCB components are burnt or damaged due to voltage surges or fluctuations.
Warranty will be void where malfunction, defect, or failure results from impact, water ingress, short circuit, mishandling, tampering, incorrect power-line voltage, burn, fire, flood, Acts of God, shipping damage, or any other physical damage.
When returning a product for service, it should be packed carefully and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or a copy, together with a brief explanation of the fault. No commercial invoice or product value needs to be attached for service return purposes.
The customer will bear the courier charges when sending the product for service. After repair, the company will bear the courier charges for sending the product back.
Warranty does not cover postal costs, insurance, or other incidental charges.
6. Sales Return
Sales returns may be accepted only under special circumstances and only within 30 days from the date of invoice.
For a return to be considered, the goods must:
- Be unused
- Be in the original packing
- Include all accessories
- Be free from scratches or marks
- Have all original stickers and labels intact
Products with scratches, marks, removed stickers, signs of use, or incomplete accessories will not be accepted for return.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered only within 7 days from the date of invoice.
Any refund request submitted after 7 days from the invoice date will not be eligible for consideration.
8. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are advised to review the order details carefully before confirming and placing the order.
